Under the auspices of the National Institue for Cancer Research, the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry of the CAS organized two intensive practical workshops focused on protein crystallography and NMR spectroscopy, which were attended by about thirty participants.
“The one-day courses provided an opportunity to meet and collaborate with participants from different disciplines who decided to apply based on their professional focus. The diversity of views and experiences contributed greatly to enriching the discussions and activities throughout the day. Thanks to the fact that colleagues showed real interest and commitment, the course fulfilled its goal – it provided new skills that they can further provide and apply in their practice. We believe that the knowledge gained will be an inspiration and an asset to their work,” say Rozálie Hexnerová and Petr Pachl, members of Pavlína Maloy Řezáčová’s research group at the NICR.
